Since when is Ashley a fucking gender-neutral name?
Since forever, basically?

Yes, Ashley is a gender-neutral name. It originated as an Old English surname that combines the words æsc (ash) and lēah (forest glade). The name translates to "ash tree meadow".

Explanation
  • Ashley was originally used as a male name in England, but is now used primarily for females in the United States and Great Britain.
  • Ashley became a popular first name in the 1970s and 1980s.

  • Variations of the name Ashley include Ashely, Ashlee, and Ashlyn.

  • A unisex name is a given name that is not gender-specific. They are also known as androgynous names, epicene names, or gender-neutral names.
  • Unisex names are common in the English-speaking world, especially in the United States.

Since around 1970, when it started being heavily used for girls.

The response of a generative AI to a question of fact is not useful or relevant here.
After some quick research it seems it is indeed a somewhat common name for boys in the UK and was at one point Australia. Which I found pretty surprising. In the US it's definitely a girl's name.

The American main character in the Evil Dead and Army of Darkness movies, played by Bruce Campbell, is named Ashley (Ash) Williams. It's uncommon now as a boy's name in the US, but it used to be more common. I've also seen "Ashleigh" in the US before, as an "always-feminine" version of the name (which amuses me, since the only Leigh I know is a man).

most likely, itis a shame there hasn't been a update for 10 months but can put out wallpapers which are paid
Wallpapers take less time than the actual development of the game.

But I have to agree with the time between Updates - Updates are big and of high quality, but IMO the Dev would have more success if they went for smaller Updates but more frequently. They complained at some point that they dont get enough attention compared to Devs who deliver less quality, but if you create a product which is of high quality and well-received, you might think about changing your update cycle.
I mean, who wants to be a paying Patron for around a year without any significant content?

I have to agree with this, no doubt dev makes pretty decent updates but he has to speed up the deliveries if he wants people to support him. Also, not everyone is going to pay for wallpapers lmao
