After checking back on this once again, I have to say this project was at its very best when it was a simple survival horror game on a desolate spaceship. This is just another Patreon scam now with an incompetent developer. If he stuck to the original project, it would've been finished years ago, and he's now planning things years ahead including DLC.

I've seen a lot of failed projects on this website, but this might just be the worst of them.
Been watching this game from afar, and just curious, how big is their dev team?

The original game began development 4 years ago. If they stuck with it they would be in the same point as this game is now after losing majority of their game files from a hard drive crash and had to start over. True it is pretty scammy but you might be under estimating the process of video game development.

If a dev loses game files then he's incompetent. A separate-portable hard drive costs few bucks. You can do a copy into it once a month/week. At least this is what i do, doesn't take Einstein.
This is just another fairy tale/bs-story.
But in the end there was no progress so nothing was lost.

Yeaaaaaah.
Bs stories with previous projects, same stories with this. I see a pattern here.

I am working with UE5 myself. This is all BS as bs gets. The 4~ NSFW anims that he did in 2+ years can be done in few days. His environments - in less than a week. Actually in a day or two. Then he spends another two years + ,, WoRKinG '' on UI's.

Yeaaaaaaah.
It's as if you brought your car to mechanics and they told you that to change the oil, it will take two weeks and it's priced at $2000.

I don't believe he lost the game files, I think it was an excuse to start a new project, which is why he started ANOTHER project that got abandoned too. And if he had stuck with the simple linear survival horror game it originally was, it would be finished by now if he were competent.

Competent or not its a subscription model so of course they will draw this out because there is no end project incentive with that model especially since they are aware that their game is being leaked.

At the end of the day we are throwing complaints in the air because the game is being shared here for free and I for one never spent a dime on their subscription so I don't feel scammed at all. If you did well I guess that's on you for putting too much faith in these devs.

Interesting way to defend it but whatever helps you cope I guess.

You know, actual patreons aside, it's kind of amusing to me to come to a thread for what has been a project with good potential being polluted with criticism from people that is not paying for it on the first place.

That said, I do understand the complains, it's been a long while since any "update" has came out and the development has seen slowdown from the F95 comunity's perspective, but on the other hand, going by the sneak peaks shared from Alket here, it's actually taking a good shape if we go by the "advances" but because is not an average porn sim with some slopy gameplay ducktaped for good measure like the mayority of 3D games around, people is bound to complain.

Gogmazios forbid a dev wanting to make a game they can actually sell on many platforms other than adult games site, I guess.

TL;DR: Can we just stop arguing among ourselves?, if this doesn't cater to anyone's specific tastes, just hit the ignore button and move on, let the people that do enjoy it.

I haven't paid for anything yet, if you mean me being scammed then I would like to point the obvious flaw in your reply, my friend. If you mean the paying patrons, then you're probably in the wrong site to be giving warnings.

And what's the point of having a huge, large map that you could take 20 real life minutes to get from one place to another and there is nothing to do or interact with along the way. It's just an empty place then. It's not like you gonna get jumped by some zombies and got banged there the whole way to the destination. Seriously this probably another desperate method of trying to drag the development time even more longer to milk.

It's give and take. The criticism from people not paying is still valid cuz the dev gets free testers. Imagine feedback and data from hundreds of ppl that'll take the time to play your game. That way, when the game finally hits steam, it'd be polished.

And also, ppl talked about the big change a lot, is because we already see a pattern from other games that took a big leap with a grand roadmap and ultimately, failed. The only thing the dev can do now is take in the criticism and prove the naysayers wrong with constant updates.

Hah...to think i called this whole thing happening in one of my earliest posts, when i said that you had to keep in mind your target audience and all that bs i said back then. Good think i didn't actually pay for anything i was considering it a few months ago, then i realized there's no new fking content.

Love the game, can't wait to see where it goes, do take your time.
There are plenty of people that just don't have any patience, no one said you need to support all the time to be able to follow along.
I had been pleased with the public posts and the progress being made, having a good base to build upon is a pretty good idea, claiming to be able to do something like this within weeks, is disingenuous at best.

I, as a previous supporter have sadly have missed the window to claim a steam key, as it just flew by me and didn't pay enough attention.
I hope to be able to follow along more in the future now with the Patreon disabled and the Twitter seemingly unused until now.

Happy new year to all of you, go and make it a great year!
