I've noticed that ryona girl isn't working anymore. Well, I mean, I could interact with her but with no effect at all: no animations, no sound, not even money withdrawal.

Try changing the name of the folder for Rabbit Hood, moving the game folder somewhere else, and temporarily moving/deleting your old save file.

Does this happen during that specific event?

no,this error could happen at anytime,and ive tried reinstalling with a new save,but to no prevail.

Ok, maybe I put it unclear. I can meet her, I can agree to beat her, I can even aim - but there is no punch and no money payment after aiming. And I still can just leave.

did you click the button to hit? and did you do it twice?
in the minigame you can aim on both the X and Y axis, if you dont confirm a hit the second time then it doesnt take any money and you can leave
