sorry for confusion, you can't buy lotion but you can get it from defeating rapist and fishing.
fishing can get you all the items and that energy drink you used when your HP reach 0.
so for CGs you just play all the maps and progress through story.
most of them are just CG after you complete any map.
you unlock fishing map around 4th or 5th, it will need 3000 yen to get to fishing +100 yen (or 1000 yen? i don't remember.) each time to fish.
it end when you chose to end or get r.ped by giant octopus.
for fast levelling, punch the punching bag girl at her pussy, she's the reason why i clear the game easily before the game nerf the distance and difficulty.

fishing girl map is this
inside will be like this
you can hold up key till octopus rape you, you can fish once per finished stage.
for ex. 1st map finish go fishing then you can fish again, do it as many times you want.
i honestly doesn't remember how i got this girl stage to unlock besides playing the game, progressing the story normally.
and you can raise fullness bar with fishing too, she will eat some trash or expired food or eating too much and puke out then she get 1% more but it's not timed based, it's exp based, around 125% and up, she will have to puke more.
and walking the dog also make her max fullness goes up because she also puked everytime when walking the dog side quest is up but be careful if you don't have stronger zero stocked, you'll get game over.

you get arm skill crazy fast without leveling up at all, there is no limit but it became harder around 220+? i don't remember though, i grind till 350 and stop thinking about it.
i mostly put skill point in any others like legs skill and so on.
