Yeah, there's no "in development" message or anything, just an empty UI. For the shops, too. So weird, it wouldn't take any effort to add and it's helpful.
He also doesn't care at all about breaking saves in updates, which seems bizarre to me. That's how you lose people's interest, they'll just come back in three years once it's finished. Game is too grindy to start from scratch every time.

Could anyone help me out? Game wont open when I extract it out of the WinRar and shows me the message: "Cant find local data", it shows it again when I close it but works fine if I play it in the WinRar file. I am not useing an amulator.

You could try opening Winrar, going to Options, then Name encoding and set it to Japanese SHIFT-JIS and try extracting the file.

honestly, not recommended to steal their money, since you basically get their money anyway if you defeat them.
what you want to do, if they have an item (as indicated on the right of your phone), is to steal that item (preferably a weapon), and uses those weapons against them. level up your skill/dexterity to 10 for a guaranteed steal, and level up your charm so their lust go down faster (so you could steal from them).
that's how i did it at least.
You don't even need to lvl anything, just negotiate to give all your money and drop their alert to 0%. Temptation is guaranteed steal on 0% alert.

I've noticed that ryona girl isn't working anymore. Well, I mean, I could interact with her but with no effect at all: no animations, no sound, not even money withdrawal.

This game is not really as hard as it seems, it's only really "impossible" at the start.
So it's really important to just kinda understand what's happening.
The whole entire game system is governed by your stats: ARM-STR, LEG-STR, SKILL, STEALTH, LUCK, CHARM, NEGOTIATE and PUSSY
Every one of these stats does a different thing in the game. ARM-STR is used for fishing and some events that require strength, just as climbing poles and breaking car windows. LEG-STR is how you deal damage with your normal strikes. Okina can't punch, but she can kick so if you level LEG, you'll deal more damage. It also helps with some events like hopping from ceiling to ceiling. I'll talk about the other Stats later.
I do NOT reccomend you to level "ARM-STR, NEGOTIATE or PUSSY" until you're at stage 5.
- How not to get stuck in a loop -
If you don't know what to do, you might die at the very first mission and get loaded at the start. You might have to retry sometimes anyway, but in general your best bet at the start is to avoid fighting while low and try to have two guns at least.
This is the strategy that will make sure you beat the first location every time. Try to find a Police Officer. (They can appear during rape events where there's a random girl getting raped by a group. You can intervene and fight the rapists. Otherwise, there might be a random Body Check event, you can also choose to fight 2 Police Officers there, but that's harder. It's not that bad if you still have your 3 Stronger-Zero's the game starts you with, but it is risky.
If a NEET spawns, you might be in trouble, but they tend to just do sexual attack anyway, so maybe you can just kick them to death
When you get level ups, you might want to put some points into skill or luck. Weapon damage is calculated using your Stats.

Always invest when the Office Lady shows up during a mission.

You can pretty much become a god by stage 6.
This is how you do it.
First of all, apply all that was said previously to Stage 2, but you can play a lot riskier now. "Dangerous Shortcut" is a great option, since that only increases event chance and not really how difficult the game is. And managing dangerous situations and running risks is how you get really strong.
So try not to be scared to choose fights. Enemies become pushovers really easily.
Stage 3 is really when you can start farming. By this point you should have some money.
When the "Ryona Girl" appears (The one wearing pasties and purple clothes), challenge her for 1k. Don't worry, it isn't a fight.
You'll need to hit her in her weak points, which are her Bladder (2.5x), Her Womb (2.0x) and Clitoris (3.0x) and some other irrelevant ones. You can pretty much always hit the bladder by putting the horizontal line on her navel and the vertical line on the blue detail on her clothes. The Clitoris is much harder to hit, so going for the bladder (Which is 2.5x damage) will be more effective most of the time. Don't hit her in the abs, as the damage will get cut in half.
You don't need to kill her if you don't have the money.
You'll notice that you'll be getting a ridiculous amount of ARM-STR, thus making it easier to kill her.
Once you have about 80-120 ARM-STR, you can stop farming as you won't really need much more than that.
You might have noticed that you sometimes get "Lotion" by killing certain enemies. Hoard it.
There's a random event where you'll find a bollard. You can use it to stream yourself masturbating and get high levels in PUSSY. And you'll also get subscribers to your channel (Which just gives you money passively.)
You can use PUSSY levels on the First location's Shop (Press left while selecting a location) to upgrade some things. Most notably, you can unlock prostitution with 315 PUSSY there. This is how you get even more money.

It's just a black screen for me and no boss fight at the end, just an immediate ending and also no hot cutscene 
Just curious if there is more since I haven't seen a fair bit of what was teased with the preview images. Anyone else has the same problem? Or anyone got a solution? It seems like there are places after the 1500m place already so I wonder if it's possible to get there already. Looking at the changelog, seems like the game is not being updated anymore either

The game is updated every month or so with new content.Just finished playing, is there something else to do after the 1500m place (the 1500m place you get to after being able to hire 4 colleagues)? It's just a black screen for me and no boss fight at the end, just an immediate ending and also no hot cutscene

The last area is not yet complete. I'm not sure why the creator (DKT) has consistently decided to make the last area partially playable instead of just ending it on the one he has actually completed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Rape events are too risky at start, and Body Check event is on stage 3 and 4. Instead, force the Police encounter on House Break events (only on stage 1 and 2) by using Inspect to increase report chance until 100%. 2 guns = 1 dead cop. Still a bit risky since guns increase their alert so high, they have high chance to hit you.
Lvl up Luck and Skill equally, until you one-shot cops with guns, then they just become free gun/money/exp.
Adding to this, just increase your Luck stat. Seriously, I don't know if they broke the wallet drop rate or smth, but I notice there are just... so many wallets dropped after you got high enough Luck. I think by the time I finished stage 4, I had 2 Mil money, and that's after spending like 3 Mil on stocks. Plus, high Luck means high crit chance, so I just need a bit of Leg-Str to start hitting hard.

Try changing the name of the folder for Rabbit Hood, moving the game folder somewhere else, and temporarily moving/deleting your old save file.
Does this happen during that specific event?

What extractor do you use? Winrar, 7zip or windows default?Tried changing the locale and using emulator, still the same error
I'd recommend either 7zip for Winrar if you're not using one of them already

When you right click the Game.ini file does it have read only enabled? If so, uncheck it.Tried changing the locale and using emulator, still the same error
Then go-to 'Security' and see if you have 'Full Permissions'
If not, click 'Edit...', select your user and set all the permissions to Allow, then hit Apply.
If it's all already correct, then try changing the name of the folder for Rabbit Hood, moving the game folder somewhere else, and temporarily moving/deleting your old save file.
