Translated or untranslated? Here's a few things you can try to fix it for future fresh install and any future japanese language games you may download.
1. Go to Window's settings -> Time & Language -> Add a Language -> Add Japanese Language Pack

2. If using winrar to extract the game from .zip:
2a. Open up winrar -> press Ctrl + E -> click ANSI/OEM - Japanese Shift-JIS -> Save current

I'll attach a screenshot of it as well, but once you try one of those methods, i'd delete the entire game and reextract/reinstall it and try running it again. Those 2 fixes helped me when I would get those text boxes or a bunch of weird text, haven't ran into a problem since. You can also try using MTool to translate the games as well, if you don't have it already.

Still having issues I did what you said to try and I'm using the 1.11 version from the thread anything else? Pic might be a bit bad cause my camera broke but

you might also need to change system locale as well. go to this setting then you will see option for system locale and change to japanese

Still still getting new updates so probably the game its not complete at all

Guys, can someone tell me how to open a gallery in this game? In other games in the series, the function appears on NG+, but here I couldn't find it.

They forgot/couldn't add it on release, supposedly will come on Feb 11.

There's a button on main menu thats for gallery. I been using it this entire time since game released, are u talking about a gallery room that you're able to walk in? Main menu gallery just lists cg pics that you click and replays events.

I think it refers that when you finish the game and start new game +, a stuffed bear appears in the game and unlocks the entire gallery and that it is not yet in the game since they have not fixed the CG thing.

ah alright, was confused when others spoke of no gallery in game. Well that'll be nice when they do add it cause i been having nothing but trouble trying to brute force the unseen events to stay unlocked. Nothing but constant headaches and fustration. Looks like I can finally relax and wait for an eventual unlock gallery button. Thanks.

On the ci-en page they apologized for releasing a broken game and said that the voices would be ready for February 10, that's why on dlsite when they publish a new patch it is mentioned below that the game does not have voices.

Now whether they can do it on time or not that is their problem. Adding voices for a game that is not fixed can mean more bugs and more patches with the number of scenes in the game, What's more, in the comments people are starting to get nervous because today the patch with the voices has to come out and there is still nothing and it's 7 pm in Japan
