Played all the classes and romanced almost every character including the smaller romances outside of cortez. Also almost have all the achievements in all 3 games, least in Mass Effect 1 just because I get a little bored visiting the planet after a while.
Half the fun after a while back then was modding my character to see how cute I could make her.
I played Dragon age 1 and 2 just as much.
Last game I played that was like them was BG3 which makes sense BG3 is heavily inspired by old Bioware.

Well, drat, I had hoped to give you an idea or inspiration to play again. Like Predi said, though, there are mods out there. Maybe some of those will make things interesting enough to play again?
