I had something similar but different timing so I don't know if it is the same bug or not. I just started version 0.2.14 and talked to Misaki first thing so I haven't finished the new corruptions yet. Asking to corrupt Erina leads to the same issue, but Hikari does not. Since I've just started this update I don't know if you are supposed to talk to Misaki about it again at this point or not (maxed corruption for both as of 0.2.13) or if the dialog should have been removed even before finishing Erina and Hikari.
EDIT: I also had something similar happen after finishing Erina's corruption. I gave up Ferox's location and then did a public solo corruption for Erina and after the Demon Queen deal was finished and she left her portrait remained on screen until I talked to someone else with a portrait. Random NPCs didn't clear it, but getting to Satomi did clear her from the screen.
EDIT 2: I was wandering around the starting castle just now in the current version and went down stairs into the room where we got supplies at the very beginning of the game. It still says "I should let them restock before taking anymore.". Considering I've already conquered Hypatia at this point I don't think they will ever restock it.
EDIT 3: While talking to Erina on the 2nd floor of the starting castle Rina managed to start walking on the walls by the entrance to the throne room.
