Head north until you find the Woodcutter ... help him and head further north to the coast ... follow the coast eastwards to the (healing)pond ... then south-east through the woods to the coast ... follow the coast south to the landing side of the gobo army ... beat the boss ...
Do you mean the 2nd Forest sequence ? Whilst the town is under attack ?
Follow the same route to the landing side where you beat the gobos ... take the small boat and follow the coast south until you reach the Desire Riverside east of the noble district ...

If you did all your daily chores and talked to Viola ... you should have given the option to talk to Madam around Day 5 ...

I have the same problem as well. I don't see her here. I thought I just break the game or something. :[
Anyone know how to fix this? Cannot advance through the story since it's appearing whenever I'm trying to work as a prostitute and I need money.

i update the game , but this error still linger on, tried to fix it but delete the "_" in the file , but it keep going onOh! I didn't know it would fix the bug. Thank you so much!

it is fix error , but its not permanent fix i think. because later on u will face same error again but with different file. and the funny is.. it can get error again with the file that i previously delete the "_" sign

For my issue, this is still showing up during prostitution and it's preventing me from advancing in the story.
Never mind I finished the game after defeating the lake gobo boss.
But thanks anyway. I guess I was stupid not to think clearly.
What I did when I got the error, it happens on nearly all level up sounds, is I made a copy of the file and then just renamed it from x-se_on05.rpgmvo to x-se on05.rpgmvo.I still have the same problem with the x-se%20on05.ogg file, I tried to follow the advice above but nothing, it keeps giving me the error
