All you get is the phone call with the wife while you're fucking the daughter. I'm not big on cuckholdry with guys, but with women, it's kinda hot. They really could have expanded on that later in the game but sadly, chose not to.

Actually, incest is already built into the original code, that simple "patch.renpy" file does nothing but enable incest mode.
