Why is there an abandoned tag
Because there has been no contact for more than 90 days from this dev.
Last contact on patreon was Oct. 27 and on SS was Oct. 28.

2 ways to get the abandoned tag.
1. No contact from the dev on there main site for more than 90 days.
2. No update of the game/VN for more than 18 months no matter how active the dev is.

I really wish platforms like F95 would create a system where developers are requested to share their assets, notes, story and developing data to be made public to any other developers in the event that after a year or such of no development or contact. That way maybe someone else can take these great ideas and assets to complete what was started rather than let it sit there and be snuffed out.

I know its not as easy as I wrote it or as feasible but something like this would be great for those games that often are just never got a good chance or conclusion. This is not necessarily a fault of the developers, life happens and all that but it could be something that is proposed or maybe even used as incentive when developers post their games here? Anyway, just an idea, a rough one but I'm sure you lot get the point.

I have mentioned this before further up the page. F95 will automatically place a game on abandoned if no update after a certain period of time or no communication from Dev. Although I have posted in passed the time frame.

You should ask for this one to be put on hold, I have no idea why its marked abandoned since you have been active on this forum with a post just a couple of weeks ago on the 7th of Feb.

Good to hear the dev is still working on it, although having a full time job and working on two AVN's simultaneously kind of seems like a trap that a lot of devs fall into, and an easy way to lose momentum and interest in your game. I will stay around because I love the game, but some people might get bored and forget about the game.

Cr8tive isn't the only dev I've seen try to take on more than one project while also having IRL obligations to attend to. So my word of advice, would be to put one of your games on-hold and focus on only one until it's complete or at least close to completion, so you can at least have semi-regular updates. I don't even play the other game, but if the dev decided to prioritize it instead, I wouldn't really be upset, because it would be the smart thing to do.

All you guys in the thread are collectively sipping the stupid juice...
Nothing has been abandoned yet.
That means absolutely nothing, actions is what matters, words are just words, if you can't even maintain a constant suply of updates to your followers, the ones that pay you, how can anyone trust you when you say "trust be bro", that means nothing, unless you actually deliver, and by the fact that it's been at least 3 months since the last update he gave, I'm not about to just trust words, and no one should, since there is no accountability if a dev just runs with the money in this industry.

You're thinking of open-source.

I agree with you and have seen other dev's do this before... however I have suspended all payments from followers on SS and Patreon due to me not being able to get out an update as quickly as I would have liked. SS are very good in the way I can pause all payments until I un-pause it (It's still paused) however Patreon only pause for 30 days, so I have to keep remembering to pause it.

I'm not one to take a p**s out of my subscribers so will keep the account paused until I have gotten an update out and am back to being able to fully work on my game(s).
