Honestly here better to wait until the game finally stops being updated, there was an update just yesterday to .88 on steam x)

If you want to make Karryn "omega slut" you'll unlock hundreds of negative passives that'll end your playthough because Karryn will have orgasms even when someone is looking towards her general direction nevermind touching or fucking her. When that happens good luck fucking your way to true end victory because you are gonna need it.
It's not the first time I've played it, but for some reason with the updates it now gets stuck after finishing a battle, does anyone know what it could be?

Finally finished the game in Normal Mode on the second run for the first time with the "Emperor's Secretary" title equipped the whole save, boy this game is hard when you don't NG+ for buffs.
I have all four hero books (Slut Level <50 by the time floor 4 is subjugated) but ended the run at Slut Level 82, kept all virginities and first kiss intact except for cumshot on body but somehow got the Happy End instead of the True End(?)
Karryn went with 6 inmates to fuck during the wedding but i kept the encounter to only cumshots and they gave me the "Technically a Virgin" title
Do you need to finish a run under Slut Level 50 to get the True End even with everything else intact? Not even a handjob or kiss

1.3.0.85 isn't the latest anymore, in steam it's at 1.3.0.88, something like that ? Honestly i would just wait for the game to stop being updated at 100% before trying mods, afaik there's still some mods not working too well ? But yeah.
Finally decided to give this game a shot and the mods aren't working Base game's pretty good by itself, is there any pre-modded download for an earlier verison I could grab?

Mods are easy to install, all you need to do is pay attention so you don't install them incorrectly or install old as fuck mod that doesn't work anymore.
No. That mod is last updated on september 10, 2024. If you've installed it and its required mods correctly and it is still not working you should find and download an older game version, not newer. EDIT: In the screenshot you've shared before I don't see any mentions of Hanger mod. It is required for that mod to work. You can get hanger mod from discord.

I was under the impression that the mods aren't updated for v13085, I'll give it another go, turns out I was not in fact paying attention and missed the installation guide, cheers.
