So I started another playthrough for the hell of it and something I noticed that probably means nothing is why was the woman who Lucy gives the flyer to at the maid event not one of the pink or blue models that the other girls ( other than Catherine ) hand flyers to?
Is there the possibility she pops up later as somebody of importance maybe?

i don't think she will seen again going forward and if she would appear again it would be a minor thing.
the whole scene would look weird if it was just a pink silhouette talking to lucy,so he fleshed out the women to keep immersion going and emphasis that lucy only would approach the meek/gentle looking people
I think MC helps all girls to develop themselves and yes as part of this genre he gets his plus of this, but often is this although a part of not only the girls development, but although get him knows the girls better.
Most girls show several stages of development, one often leads to the next.
And as more and more the girls helps the themselves in the development.
Its a family which more and more grow together and each girl find their position on their own as the MC didnt push them take a specific position (apart from Cat, but i think she will develop her own position in the course of the story)
If we read between the lines the girls have a lot of influence how the MC react and handle this more and more growing family.

Reason why Catherine and
Reason why Catherine and Hannah are against each other is because Hannah's family caused Catherine's to go broke. So she blames them all. Hannah is just very easy to rile up apparently. But when you have everyone trying to decide what is good for you. In different directions, with her father and sister. Would show where there repressed anger or whatever can bubble up.
Personally can't wait until Vicky's dream comes true of the MC banging Rebecca. Curious of how they are going to pull it off. I want to see if they have her or the MC cross the line. Like the MC making her do something at the school. Or her desperation having her literally jumping the MC for Snu Snu.

One of my internal rules is that I never have the characters interact directly with the silhouette people, they're purely there for background stuff. So if one of them needs to be interacted with, they get a real model.

Think we will see more of Rachel. Her "rape" focus seems to be her shell, but i think she really want to have friends (maybe something happens in her family so she focus on this theme).
Rachel maybe get a good punishment for a specific thing i think she has done.

If the game divides the characters into "main" and "side," I take it as given that MC's going to get it on with all of the "main" girls, meaning this is going to happen--though I naturally don't know when, where, or how.
As to how I feel about it, well... I mean, she's cute enough. I'm not really a fan of enormous breasts, so that's a point in her favor. She's certainly not the best-looking of the girls, but she'd be pretty if she smiled. But she's just a thoroughly disagreeable person. I guess some kind of redemption could happen. I definitely wouldn't want it to happen as some kind of revenge thing. IOW, as of the evening of Day 21, I'm with Lucy, not Victoria.
Lucy is just adorable, and I'm kind of falling for Sarah--she's a little prickly, but reminds me a bit of Kali in Harem Hotel, who's my favorite LI there.

Chances are really high that one of the reasons Rachel acts the way she does is because she has a (really) fucked up home life.
Honestly, if she isn't she'd pretty much the only girl in the harem not to fucked up background.
Lucy: horrendously physically and emotionally abusive mother
Victoria: Gangster father who tried to sell her body to people he owed debts to, was only prevented from being raped because the debt holder knew her older brother and feared him.
Sarah: Controlling and uncaring father, tried to manipulate her into getting close to MC by terrifying her and making her fear for her safety
Akatsuki: insane and father used her in a bet with a man he just met, didn't care about how this man would treat her or what he might do to her so long as she spied for her father. She was unsurprised by any of this.
Hannah: Her father is using her as political tool. Has her engaged to someone he knows is vicious and abusive. Doesn't care about what will happen to her so long as he can serve what he sees as the greater good.
Alison: Was subjected to the same as her younger sister Hannah until she cut ties with her family which cased her sister to become the new sacrifice
Misaki: Incredibly strict and controlling parents. Misaki being Akatsuki cousin, at least one of her parents must be as insane as Akatsuki's father.
Akari: Same father as Akatsuki.
Catherine: Her mother is cold and calculating, abandoned her with her helpless and poverty stricken, though loving, father.
To me, for the moment, Akari seems to be the only girl whose life won't get a serious course correction by being in a relationship with MC.

Eh. What about, hear me out, if the only role she´s going to play in the harem would be as a piece of human furniture? I could get behind that idea. At least that way i wouldn´t have to make her go on a blind date with Truck-kun

)I won't argue, but that doesn't make her any more likable. But with that said, Victoria was pretty bitchy at the outset, and I'm not holding it against her. Of course, she is a lot hotter, and she got on board in a hurry, so there just wasn't that much content with her being a bitch.
Part of my reluctance, I think, has to do with the spirit in which Vicky's wanting this. She wants MC to put Rachel in her place, and while I understand the attraction of that, I really don't want to see him bang her for that reason. Lucy, Vicky, kitty, and Sarah are with MC (OK, Sarah's "almost" with MC as of Day 24, which is as far as I've made it, and I'm definitely here for it) because they want to be. Alison is pretty much there for that reason (leaving aside the founding family thing, she likes and wants him). Hannah and Catherine won't be until they want to be, like him, and he likes them. Akari, well, who knows. But my point is, everyone he's been with has been consensual and loving, and I don't really want exceptions to that.

While in broad brush strokes, I think you are correct, there are some details which are incorrect.
Lucy, Sarah, Catherine - yep, nothing to add
Victoria: Father was a degenerate gambler, not gangster. Owed a lot of money to gangsters and sold Victoria (not her body, her) to the mobsters to do with as they wished to pay off the debt. The distinction is that selling her body is a one time transaction, while selling her, is human trafficking and tantamount to forcing her into slavery.
Akatsuki/Akari: Their father is not insane. Incredibly ambitious, yes, but not insane, as he would not be able to come up with the plan he did if he were insane.
Hannah/Alison: Mr. Gilbert absolutely cares about his daughters, and said that if Brian ever hurt Hannah, he would end him. He has said that it was the hardest decision he had ever had to make, that means he struggles with it, which means he cares. Just because he had other things on his mind which he felt like outranked his daughters' happiness, doesn't mean he doesn't care.
Misaki - Nothing has indicated that her parents are insane. Controlling, and demand excellence? Yep, and that is like a lot of Asian parents from what I have seen/observed. Insane means they have no ability to understand the world around them, human interactions, etc.
