Yeah I don't think you can get her pregnant yet. I can see him doing the other women before her.
I just realize, the courtesans don't work when they are pregnant which mean...
1. there is possibility that when all courtesans pregnant, no income come from brothel
2. income must be come from something else (stock maybe?)
3. if point 2 is sustainable, the brothel itself become an option, maybe not need it anymore
4. if the brothel must be continue than all girls do not need to work (or limited to management/specialty job)
5. empty quota worker will be filled by some take over company or maybe an open recruit
6. finally we can keep all the girl for ourselves

Brothel Megacorporation 0.20 release (major update!)
Hey folks, time to start a brand new year with a brand new update! This release marks a milestone in the development of Brothel Megacorporation: you can finally train a courtesan all the way to Rank A! In order to get this promotion, the B rank courtesan needs to get all Tier 3 raid perks as well as 100 points + maximum rank in her Special skill. You also need to unlock a Specialisation (porn or breeding). In other words, it's the ultimate training goal. For this update, it's only available for Caroline at first.
Rank A is special because it introduces the specialisation system. After training all the skills up to 100, you will be able to specialise a courtesan, yielding 1 expertise point. Expertise points can then be spent in the new Expertise tech tree, which will unlock all sorts of unique events and eventually progress the story of the game.
It sounds a bit complicated but it's actually a simple system, you just need to train the courtesan, specialise her, and then invest your expertise points in a branch of your choice. Each Perk in this update will unlock 1 unique event. These can be found in the new porn studio or in the courtesan room (breeding training).
As of right now, you can gain access to the Porn specialisation branch (through the story) and the Breeding specialisation by fulfilling the requirements bellow:
Conditions to trigger the Breeding specialisation event in the breeding room:
Must have unlocked the Breeding Room
Must have 20+ impregnations (You can keep track on the STATS menu)
Participate in the Witch's auction (any outcome)
The Doctor must not be currently pregnant
Also, the courtesan (in this case Caroline) needs to have given birth at least once to pursue this path. After investing expertise points in breeding , you will unlock new events in her room.
In sum, there is a lot of new content in this update but not all of it can be enjoyed at the same time. I recommend creating a new save file before choosing a specialisation for Caroline if you want to see all events.

First by progressing in the story, you need to face the Witch during her auction in the Victorie Avenue and either refuse or accept her deal. The breeding specialisation has some specific requirements that are detailed in the update post.
I'm having trouble finding how to unlock specializations. Can't find that expertise menu and I've already seen the Witch a few times. Maybe I have already unlocked it but can't find it?
Last I played was 0.15 or 0.16. Since then, all I see is breeding content. Why are people so fixated on pregnant women? I don't get it.

There are a lot of players who have the "kink" of breeding women and lots of them, including have sex with pregnant women that you made pregnant.
