To be fair, we could've guessed it might be something shocking considering that there are/were shoes in the middle of the room that didn't look to belong to a woman.

Besides that, nearly anything can still be in there. As far as we know the scooby gang they can find almost anything shocking, however there aren't many things I think that would make the heartrate of MC go up.
