This one is really weird considering its pretty much the same thing that caused the vendetta against the DIKs... MC has not been a smart cookie here
And with that you could probably say DPC's not been very smart about it either.

Why he even had an option for the MC to do the very thing that got them in trouble in the first place is beyond me.

They all should be learning a lesson from this, not doubling down. That would be a far better direction for them.

To me it looks it seems like this is just one of those choices that will cause a "bad ending".

He gave that option exclusively for DIK, because you either need to be a DIK or you need to be a dick (to Tara) to get that option. And kicking Tara when she is down and trying to apologise is like kicking a cute lil' martian.

So I guess DPC gave us a choice, but he wants to show that being that much a DIK is not good. Tommy technically lost his girl and look at what Vinny is.

It's a choice that DPC is adding for those who want to push MC into being a more bad person overall. It's been slowly building up with the choices you can do throughout the game and that's the next level choice available to you.

It starts from beating up your roommate, going up to fucking up the jocks at the gym, to fighting Caleb due to pride/ego, to fucking Heather's mouth, punching Maya's father and finally...Throwing both Kylie & Penny out in their underwear.

It makes sense when you think about it. All those choices lead to inherently negative consequences, there's NOTHING to be gained from doing so. They are all bad and lead to MC being a bigger and bigger asshole as time goes on. An actual Tommy/Vinny like DIK.

Isn't it funny how many of these situations pop up in this episode. Its almost like someone wants us to do all these stupid things and trap us with em later on.
To be fair, the bad ending(s) in AVNs is/are often the most interesting/funny one(s) instead of the simple "live happily ever after".

Would be funny if we follow Vinny's route and end up in having a war against Quinn as well.

Nah I don't think Quinn will be a issue. I do want a shot at beating up Vinnie tho.

Don't forget about having sex with Jade and (despite your promise to her) you share the sex vid with your fellow DIKs :KEK:

Yeah, only to take his place as a hotshot drugs dealer (if not "higher ranked").

I agree with you for most of what you said, but I can see something to be gained from spending quality time with Heather

Doesn't being a DIK actually start with Steve? Are there no DIK points there? Or are you referring to just the big DIK decisions?
