The toilet is the same for everyone in that classroom male or female and it's actually INSIDE the classroom. There's two doors on that room, one is the exit/entrance and the other is the bathroom. I think you need to look at the scene again.
She was top of her class. Not top of the score board for the tests. Those two things don't necessarely goes hand to hand, plus if Ashley is a cheater, it would explain why she is in the top of her class anyways.
I have always appreciated her, but it is now nice that DPC gave us this Mel-has-a-crush scenario. Dare I say, girlfriend material?

It's not Sally, she's the furthest from the suspects. She takes medically prescripted drugs and is apparently able to speak Latin. It's likely that she is simply an average grade student. She shows affinity for learning and understanding due to MC tutoring her in his room, so she's clearly not stupid or a bad academic.
I agree. Like I said before, to me Gina is still the most likely suspect to be Anderson.
From where I am, exams happen at the same time. Plus, there was not a lot of students taking intro in math or english anyways, a lot of them were not going into the actual lessons like Gina, but I don't think it would need multiple classes.
There is more than enough reason to suspect her of cheating. She is clearly not doing well and as I said earlier she had access to all those cheats before to give the impression that she is actually smart. She is my contender for the cheater.
There is more than one exam per subject. If you look throughout the game how many times have you seen those background characters that are never in your classes. They also have to write exams. We need to realize its not just the characters we interact with that goes to this college.
That doesn't mean anything since Ron himself is also in the same boat during Episode 8 "Maybe I just accepted that I'm a B- at best?" to which Magnar replies with "That's the most ignorant thing I've heard today."
What cheats she had acess? Notes are not cheats. There's literally NO evidence of her being the cheater.
From game evidence ALL the students take the exams together, regardless of year or subject. And there's 0 problem with background characters no going to your classes because, as you said, it's not just the characters we interact that goes to this college. Why would all the characters go to the same class?
Well there is no reason for lilly to cheat. There is no evidence for her and neither is there for Ashley. Its way more likey for Sally to be the cheater. None of the other two had those opportunities Sally had. The only reach here is if you think its Ashley or Lilly. But yeah we can agree to disagree. Time will tell. Hopefully not in another 10 episodes.
So that student that cheated NEEDS to go at the MC's class. That's the point. That's the whole point. It does not matter the other tests, the cheater HAD to be taking the same exam as the MC, it does not matter if they cheated more or less classes.
