The downloader is Renpy approved solution...and why would the mods do that?
I have the same problemI've never seen the error
"AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'multiple'". What version are you using? pc, mac or android? Maybe try the download from my substar, all though they should be the same unless the mod changed a little something on the upload process
Herer is my log.txt and traceback.txt I tried to get to where I was last time but I got the error earlier in the quest as before. Do you want a screenshot or me to try and screen record? Can you post the error message? Your the first ive heard of it
The irony is, I just saw this on the top of their "new and trending" list.Nope, Steam said:
"Hello,
After review, we will not be able to ship your game 30 Year Old Virgin on Steam. While we strive to ship most titles submitted to us, we found that this title features themes, imagery or descriptions that we won’t distribute.
Regardless of a developer's intentions with their product, we will not distribute content that appears, in our judgment, to depict sexual conduct involving a minor.
While every product submitted is unique, if your product features this representation—even in a subtle way that could be defined as a "grey area"—it will be rejected by Steam.
For instance, setting your game in a high-school but declaring your characters are of legal age would fall into that category and be banned.
This app has been banned and cannot be reused. Re-submissions of this app, even with modifications, will not be accepted.
Steam Support
Mary"
Yet you can download Koikatsu right now from Steam itself, a game with the premise that you are in a high school setting fucking students.
I filed an 'appeal' but Steam responded "Trollolol, we aint reading that shit."
Exactly, in my appeal email I took a few minutes looking at the Steam nsfw list and listed 6 examples that were objectively worse than my game. The irony is, I just saw this on the top of their "new and trending" list.

Not my first time seeing ppl getting kicked off platforms. Probably it has nothing to do with your game at all. Sometimes user's attitude pissed off the entire company. As a bird of the same feather, being right and on-point on the double-standards did not appeal to the platform owner, especially I exposed him in public MULTIPLE TIMES; instead, being too accurate and an advocate who ceaselessly opens fire and criticizes a platform for its lack of management and morally controversial policies every single week, I got the kick too. That's my story short.Exactly, in my appeal email I took a few minutes looking at the Steam nsfw list and listed 6 examples that were objectively worse than my game.
Just my normal luck, everyone else gets to do things except someone points at me and says 'not you.'. It is what it is. I was just going to use steam as an advertising platform, not really sure how much a difference it would have made.
I've certainly heard of GoG but never knew they were cool with nsfw games. I could look into it and try to add it there. Not my first time seeing ppl getting kicked off platforms. So, ask not what you can do for the market/ppl, ask what you did to the platform owner and its workers. Obviously I was helping them in my case, but adding tons of workloads, haha, yeah, one of the mods who works for them leaked me the tip, now I see things VERY DIFFERENTLY.
In your case, your product got removed. So, maybe use a different one like GoG? To be frank, of all those game selling platforms, GoG is probably the last one that isn't aiming to profit from gamers and developers, as a developer yourself, why not join the good side that has your back? Why would you want to join the evil forces of Steam if they choose to compel you out of their place like an exorcist?
(Just in case, have you pissed off anyone lately? Could be someone telling them about your game, if they are genuinely targeting your game only. I have seen shit like that before...)
Just a passerby seeing your rapidfire profile responses and decided to get into THE RABBIT HOLE. Oh boy, I am digging a grave for myself XD
You might be in a NSFW platform here, but 69% of the possible users are mentally children. You are not going to get anything useful unless the guy suggesting you applicable advice is an adult with a real gamer mentality.I've certainly heard of GoG but never knew they were cool with nsfw games. Honestly, there are very few criticisms I get here that are relevant much less useful. If you read them: its all I hate ntr, I hate sandbox, I hate loony toon cat violence, ect. Its like, if you dont like hamburgers, dont go to the hamburger restaurant and complain you dont like hamburgers.
You will find them at the coffee shophi guys, how can i talk to a cops to find the alchemist set? thanks!
