The nail is found from your familiar (can be found in various locations in the house), the milk is found from Rains mother (shes the last summon unlock).

Yet you can download Koikatsu right now from Steam itself, a game with the premise that you are in a high school setting fucking students.
I filed an 'appeal' but Steam responded "Trollolol, we aint reading that shit."
I've seen more than one developer have issues when Mary is the one to review their game for Steam.
Some Devs have reported being able to resubmit under a different name but make sure you change the name you submit it under. You might get one of the reviewers who doesn't auto reject. I don't know if the Devs who have claimed to be able to get stuff approved after denial changed more than the title, I don't remember names of any Devs who have claimed this off the top of my head so I'm sorry I can't give you more info.

the reason is because this game is 3d more realistic that's all, while koikatsu no matter what isn't, that probably the only reason. these rules were stricted more because of DEI and democrats even if they promoted naked books about trans and forcing kids manipulating kids to change gender but woke was always stupid and no logic a sickness. So we can just have now hope that soon all will back to normal even 3d loli/shota will be allowed on all websites again.
this is all that matters in this game, i wanna see her naked or even better is a really good animations of her getting banged.
