How strict is your definition of pure lesbian? Because a decent number of games in this category have exclusively monsters/plants, machines, and female enemies with little to no penetration except fingers or the occasional toy.
It's possible mtool isn't causing the crashes. Even without translation there are occasional crashes related to stack or bitmap generation errors. Probably memory allocation issues with the game itself.

I love how one of the bosses is an enchanted desk that hypnotically entices you to rub and grind against it. The game is something like a rogue-lite but you get weaker with every run instead of stronger. Permanent downgrades! Just how Philia likes them!

Wow, I was thinking about this creator just the other day, surprised he dropped this outta nowhere, and with a free demo too. Can't wait what he cooks up. Even if it isn't to Mission Mermaiden standards, I'll be happy with whatever mind control stuff he has in store.
