The caveat is that you can't "talk things through"; you must instead hesitate at first ("I can't afford it" or "She's all yours"), which moves you to the "You have a real pit in your stomach" dialogue, and there you can choose "Offer yourself". That's probably a bug; the other route through this really ought to also trigger it.
It still doesn't trigger for me even going for those options on 21.3, I saw from the code that the event is set by doing it that way but it still doesn't work for me. Checking my save via the API_ACCESS, I see the relevant flag
"mall cop offer self" set multiple times, so it's the achievement checking later on that isn't working.Hmm, yeah, ctrl+F for "Safety Never Takes A Holiday trigger" only gives one result in the html (all the others give two), so the achivement checker isn't actually checking that trigger.

yeah the dev really put on work on obscure features that most players will never know about.

Not possible in general, when mods especially for mc girls can be multiple GBs each, mod loading is complicated, taking quite an amount of compute power currently to process them into the base HTML (apparent when there's an entire separate java app to process mod code and integrate it into game code blocks), not all compatible with one another, can easily lead to broken game, broken functionality, broken saves, or all three...

the littleblonde mod is very good and the dev should add it to the base game.

Since this is html getting a result is fairly simple:
Step 1 - right click on the video when it plays and let it open in a separate tab
Step 2 - stop the video either at the start or at a point where the face of the actress is clearly visible (i recommend the former)
Step 3 - Either use an extension like 'search by image' or do it manually by selecting the various engines for it
Step 4 - Good engines (anything but google for example) will usually find something
Recommendation: use Yandex for this as it is the least restrictive for this purpose and easily accessible

Have been using that mod too and loving it but, due to some coding issues or maybe incompatibility with recent releases (not sure) it's not working properly. I mean, there are some issues already identified, by users. Unfortunatelly, owner of the mod doesn't have required time availability to make the needed changes right now. I'd see it as a great candidate to be included in the core game.I was using a bar whore mod and finally got enough money from the stripper minigame to pay off dredd
but I got pilled again by the pimp on the next day.
I've been trying to identify and maybe solve one of them (the one with the pill, when you decide to go back to the Broken Drum and work for Dredd again) but I'm still starting on moding and right now I surelly lack the skills in Harlowe to do it.

All the links lead to "This file no longer exists", except the last one which is a Russian-hosted site, and I refuse to download from Russia.
A few basic questions... Primarily:
What am I missing?
I've played 2 in-game weeks and all there is to do is clean 2 rooms in the house for $10 then buy coffee at the mall for step-sis. Nothing else.
Q: How do I get a job?
I see mention of a bar or other places outside the home and mall... umm... they do not exist yet in my playthrough so...
Q: How do I go anywhere but home and the mall?
Side note for clarity: Step-sis scenes in shower and car completed, 2 mattress store events completed,. otherwise, there's nothing.
I have browsed the WIKI and - while it's a nice LISTING of people, places, pills, and stuff, it does nothing to give a clue how to UNLOCK areas besides the home and mall.

In the main screen before day you have this table that shows you were you can go at each time. You can pick the suitcase to go into interview for a job. If you do poorly you will get proposition for secretary job (wordle minigame with possibility to work in warehouse and having sex scenes with stepdad if you chose massage after the job). If you do well you will go into sales job where you are saling pills and can get demos of them (you taking a pill and trying to convince client to buy them or have sex with them to bust your chances of sales).
Other scenes includes going to bar and convincing girls to sleep with you
In the mall you can buy pills to turn into girl and got scenes as female
Over half of the girls can have unique scene at gym.
And in the weekend you can go to club
