SugarCube.State.active.variables.player.body.penisSize =x ->the size you wanna (between 0 and 30)

Press Enter than close the Editor

In the past edition there was a chance to change the size, dunno why he removed it..

Firstly it wont work for online version. Secondly, for offline version just download the file in post #160 and paste it in the folder where you download your latest version of the game and replace with the file downloaded from post #160 and then run the game. Enter the password without quotes when you enter cheats. I think this should do the trick.
