fyi you can turn on English ui/tutorial by going into setup.ini in the game folder and changing the language from jp to en, this doesn't translate any of the japanese text from the story however, but it will help play the game itself, this is also where you can change the full screen setting to 'true'

edit: i just realized you can also open up config.exe to change these settings, do that unless you want to feel like a cool programmer/hacker type dude for about 5 seconds.

This release builds off the free release "Kanade Rogue-like" with lots of added defeat scenes and dungeons.

One's a top down/side view rogue-esque dungeon crawler, and the other is, while also a roguelike, using more of a VN/Comic format for its presentation

Scratch that, I'm confusing the Kanade Escape one from the same dev as being under the Roguelike name, though it still is the 2nd thing I said. No clue what the Plus is about

The official release does have an english option for UI text, but the story bits are still in japanese.

So, I experienced a frustrating bug with a corrupted item which crashed the game each time I selected it.
After some testing, I found out that the cause was the English translation of its bonus stat. Temporarily switching the game's language back to Japanese allowed me to actually select the item so I could destroy it. This fixed the problem so I could switch back to English.

For reference, this was the item in question:

Update: I found another corrupt item, this time having only the corrupting bonus stat.
