That's weird, just tested starting it from both a SSD and a HDD and it takes around 10~12 seconds to launch. What are your pc specs?
Why are glace and vivi always such a problem to get through? I have glace at 3.9. And vivi at 2.9. The gypsy lady says that glace needs to be celica. And I should wonder around the town as the puppet candy in the early morning and wait for vivi to do her thing. I've wondered around 3 dang days. Why isn't vivi doing anything? Geez.
Can anyone tell me what I'm supposed to do after the demoness finds out about Celica being a Celestian? She leaves, and then I can't for the life of me find her anywhere. I have also tried waiting for a week, just for good measure. Only hint I'm getting is to lose to her while wearing Violet, but I can't really do that when I can't find her xD
