I installed BepInEx + ThornSin helper v1.0.0.5 it works fine on the version 0.71. Helper contains several images for removing censorship.

I tried to get more milk and here's what I came up with. Under the health cheat, you can accumulate more breast milk. To do this, Inesa needs to be captured by a monster during lactation. After that, she will not die, and the milk will accumulate while waiting.
I don't see much point in this, since it does not affect anything. I stopped at 10 liters. I do not see a difference in breast size or in changing other characteristics.
On the screen is a lactation icon, which means an increase in the amount of milk in statistics.

yeah me too, without a cheat it's hard to start over every time
IKR BRO I complained about this a long ass time ago, low key lost interest in the game because the first art was what hooked me.
I can't change clothes. I'm in the wardrobe, have clothing items selected, and no matter what button I press I can't equip or unequip any clothing items. Anyone encounter this and discover a fix?
The breast does get bigger from 0 L to 1L but it does increase gradually so not very noticeable. I checked with cheat engine to see that the breast size does increase with milk stored.
Guys, is this update the regular end-of-month update, or is it a delayed update from the previous month? So, will a new update come at the end of February, or at the end of March ?

You need to use a scroll or drink a potion that gives fire damage. This is sometimes sold by the shop owner and occasionally drops from chests.

Okay, fair enough. But you know you can skip the dialogue by just holding down the Ctrl button, yeah? It really doesn't take long to get through it that way. Maybe 30 seconds or so at most.

I know man, but some scenes like the little girl when first enter the blood item room, take much longer than that, and I don't want to watch the same scene every time there's an new update
How can I play the game when I unzip the file and run it but it only shows up like this?Some body help me plssssssss
