At some point, you'll unlock sleeping pills.
Later, you'll unlock aphrodisiac, it is a little more "consensual" (if you consider drugging someone consensual, which I don't)

They added a new character, pose customisation and a wardrobe rework, unfortunately, nothing is said about game progression.

Mod 1.2.6:
- Max risk fixed on 5000.
- Max time fixed on 30 mins.
- Cloth Box will be always spawn when possible.
- Alert disable.
- Workout will be increase 5 instead of 1.
- Bar is only scissors (girl will do it) and girl will have limit to 40.
- Memories is unlocked.
How to use: replace the file in <Game Folder>\TheWifeNextDoor_Data\Managed\
