You've blued out most of the data but it looks like you are playing from folders under 'username' and possibly that your system language is not English.
We usually recommend not playing from the downloads or documents folders or such as the game won't like it if your username or system folders contain characters that are not in the English Alphanumeric set (A to Z, a to z, 1 to 0).
Try removing the brackets, we've had a number of non-english members complain that games don't like it when there are brackets in the path
It doesn't look like it to me but possibly the folder structure name total is too long.
something went silly and the file name got changed from 1.39.rar or zip or whatever to just 1.39, .39 is not a recognized archive file type so you have to change the filename to have a workable file type.
Don't put games on system disk, especially in system folders like /users.
Put it in simple and not multiple folder without brackets and special symbols, like D:/Games/TIGK 1.75/
By the way, does anyone know if there is a cheat mod for this game?
Like one that increases money or stops time, or even makes it so that items don't run out.

if anyone has the problem of not having option for rough in sandbox, click the read me button, its cause you havent finished the tutorial
uhh can someone help me out here? when I downloaded the file, its not a .zip file so I can't unzip it

Rename file (if you don't know how to do that either google it or ask a friend that knows computers) and literally add .zip to its name
my bad i din't think renaming somethingto .zip would literally change the property type
Has anyone been able to resolve the sandbox mode issue? You know that thing where the text goes all the way down when you try to edit the NPCs that appear?
