Sexual content with elders is deal breaker. Just wanted to know if there is any other way to avoid that scene other than sending game into trash bin I'll take that as a "no", so thanks for the answer.

Noupe, for something to be "sexual content" it is not necessary to involve penetration. Groping, touching, it is all sexual content.

can i confirm something is this release that has just been put on patreon updated beta just for the highest teir level or will it come to this site? any one aware of the dev's relative timeline ?

It will stay in beta until all routes are added, then it will go to release tiers after that.

No, but did say it would stay in beta for a lot longer than the previous update and wouldn't be final until all the routes/scenes got added.
