Identify Summer game

I am looking for a PC game where the male protagonist is supposed to spend the summer studying for entrance exams, but the two women he lives with make this difficult. Pretty sure it's a Japanese game with English translation. Pretty sure the girls are the MC's cousins but they may be his sisters. The game contains no adults just the Male protagonist and the two women living with him. The game is pixilated like summer memories. If Someone could even provide a title I would appreciate it, thank you.
