I did my thing again, I kept the videos I think are worth keeping, interpolated and reencoded (AV1, 1080p, 60FPS) and normalized and renamed them all.
This results in 38 video files of about 430 MiB.

Don't do full year consolidation, as it won't be clear which ones have already been downloaded
If you have to merge, please put the video section in a separate folder, otherwise will have to download it together with the images, which account for half of the content.
