If anyone asked - there's 49 floors/stages to complete (yeah, I learned it the hard way). After you clear them, you unlock gallery with 30 scenes and a challange mode (infinite floors).

Does anyone know what software Animism is using for this game alongside Desire and the latest Lilith game? I already know not to get Succubus Nightmare 1 - 3 since they're basically customised Artificial Girl motions in GIF format, but I can't seem to find any similarities from other games.

It is entirely running away. The only puzzle aspect is that they move when you move so you have to strategically pick your moves on a map where you, the succubi, and the stairs randomly spawn. For 50 levels by the way if you are just after the gallery.
Also pro tip: do NOT hold the movement key, it causes the succubi movement to bug out and make them faster then they should be, which makes the game harder. Tapping is the way to go here.
