There are couple of events at her home (wear the 1st outfit to get them triggered). There's no lewd action with her though, but hopefully that changes in the future updates.
I'm also unable to start the sunbathing events, she says "They've already pushed things last time..." despite there not having been a last time.
Also, I'll echo the sentiment that the library content with Lily requiring low corruption is a bothersome player experience. Everything in the game increases your corruption and asks you to increase it more which is the opposite of what these events want you to do.

Same issue here. The game is a disaster ridden mess of bugs. Also Greens quest says no more content but is still not marked as complete.
EDIT: Can you use the console to mark these as complete? They are already in the gallery.
Yeah, I had to use the cheat mod in order for it to not go above 30.
Regarding the sunbathing events, had the same thing but I think they started to trigger the third time (or something like that) I went there. Try going there multiple times, if you haven't already.

You can go to bath house and take a bath (adds 15 pts) where you can then go to the street and flash the drunks, jerk off a dude in the alley or do a naked broadcast (either there or in park), plus on Fridays there's also the Library.
Shower add is once per day, BTW, whenever I've played the game.

RE the drug dealer quest. I had a bit mroe than 7k when I approached him but I still hadn't been given the option to pay instead of "working". It just felt weird that Reya has to hype herself up for a public handjob while she could have just paid 7k.
So I'm at 27 corruption, got all of the library quests apart from the night club in the library. Went there once and she got scared and ran off. Now when I talk to Lily and the receptionist in the daytime, it just repeats the confrontation about being behind the shelves and Reya says there's no way she can do that, do I need a certain amount of corruption to continue?
Edit: Yes, tried to enter the library at night with 78 corruption and it's worked fine now
