Depending on the character, you need to do other people's quests to activate it, or even walk around at different times.
*checks change log, finds no mention of Ann, Quietly leaves dejected*

For Tara, I've got 'Roommate' at 4, & 'Lies' at 17 - it doesn't seem to want to progress past that?
(pretty sure he said there was more stuff for her in this patch)
* I'm also supposed to talk to Ron after class for one of the other quests & that never seems to happen - did I miss something?

In bonnie's last straw, step 6, I'm supposed to find her in the evening, but when I go there all I get from her is her small talk lines. Can't finish other quests as a result.

Holy shit if the changelog is right they finally fixed it so the game can be played like a game and not a series of random scenes that might appear if you wish hard enough.
