Here the most updated info regarding the scope of porn themes in the game.

As for the when: the plan is to have in place all the pieces of the base systems and have a bunch of assets to populate the world first, then the focus will shift into making adult stuff and the rest of the subsystems...there is no specific ETA, Matto is working alone on the coding aspect and that takes time, he hopes to have something playable to show by the end of the year and open a Steam page with a proper demo.

players will be able to change head, legs, arms, body gear and backpack, combining it with the main bodysuit. Misc will be larger pieces like coats, jackets, etc. which will sometime override the body and arm gear.

Definitely got my eye on this one. As someone who appreciates his adult-orientated games to be less about meaningless sex and more about story, atmosphere/art direction and so on, I like where this game is headed. I also appreciate the concept of the player having multiple characters to choose from, in the event one among them is captured and needs rescue. This is a GREAT way of escaping the typical trope of respawning after death, and is also a fun way to build story in its own way.

The latest combat updates are impressive, too. Really liking the movement animations.

Did I read right that we won't be constrained to playing only as female characters? Not that it'll bother me if this isn't the case since that would require a lot of additional work for male characters + their own animations, sexual or otherwise, etc.

Oh yeah! Is there anywhere we can learn about what types of monsters are involved/will be released in time? Thanks!

lol, this is outfit customization xD. Character customization will be done (leveraging the same subsystem) sometime soon™ as part of the "safe room" system, basically the homebase hub, that is the next big scheduled thing...

I really wanna like this, but while menus may not make a game, they can certainly break it and they DO break this one for me...
They are HORRIBLE; and I really mean straight up trash, a weird mix of controller/maus/keyboard stuff and neither works properly on its own.

The game is still in development and things can change. I suggest waiting for another 4 years for some minor UI changes... Development is hard and things like these can take time.
