If you mean these candles then it doesn't work for me. When I activate one of the candles I get an event and after finishing it I get a bad end and the game ends.
those are not candles, they spray the corruption thingy, that leads to gameover... you didn't read what i asked properly. i know how to properly corrupt them and get a game over, i just don't know how to complete the event successfully without it leading to a game over.
I started from scratch and I think figured it out. Before getting into mansion (second time) you have to speak to Master Yamabuki instead of Hiruta. Then leave the village and do the mission. There is no getting out of mansion, it looks like a game over event

damn its messed up that the game tells you that you should save after your already in the mansion then
It tells you to save at two points:
first when talking to Hiruta before going to the mansion to have a save before you enter the bad end scenario.
Then it tells you to save in he Hiruta portion inside the mansion so you don't get set back to start in the middle of the like 10+ events there by getting caught.

Not very keen on Mayu's scenes, that said will i be blocked off from story branches if do not progress/initiate Mayu's storyline?
How do I play this game? I have been clearing villages and talking to npcs for a long time. Still no hint of any h scene

I haven't played very far but I already got one voyeur scene and the monsters molest her at the jail. I was assuming that these scenes develop the further that you get into the story.
is good and all but goddamn to much text, amazed there no text base game tag. Not gonna lie expected more sexual content felt lacking, and more puzzle was too repetitive. Any game that has those descriptions??
There are essentially two types of scenes in the game:
1. Individual NPC chains. Progress by talking to npcs. Each stage is gated behind both a certain main quest progress and a certain corruption number. Each scene raises corruption. After a fairly dry spell early on it will rapidly snowball to 100 and the rest are gated only behind story progress. Some of these affect the ending but only by adding brief additional ending slides.
2. Individual scenarios. These take place in a restricted environment where you cannot leave until it is complete. Some are game over scenarios where you must load a prior save, some can be continued from the very end, and some can only be continued if you escape before the final event. Some are triggered by losing to the few game bosses, others by talking to npcs. You will receive a warning to save first before these.
If you are annoyed by repeatedly talking to npcs and receiving no scene, I would recommend grinding through a fair number of the main missions first. From there more of the scenes will be unlocked and you won't get as many duds. The combat is annoying but you can run past a fair bit of it.
Is there a pure ending? Or at least the one where all the heroines won't turn into whores for monsters?
