The problem was the "Multi mod". I use the hard universal unlocker and all scenes are visible now and the game can continue to play.

I think, but I'm not sure because I just unlocked those scenes with the unlocker, that you must be in the no path situation. That is, neither love nor lust. So I think if you are in no path the night of the disco you don't fuck Nicole either in the bathroom or in the car and go to the Night stalker scene. So I think if you do the night stalker scene then you get the scene in the dressing room at the store. As I said though, I didn't try to get to those scenes from the game and just unlocked them with the unlocker.

I got that scene by not selling tommy drugs after fucking his mom and then wandering the city on the last playable day. There is a sharing path with tommy for that scene too, call him while at lunch with the parents for it or choose a different option for no sharing.
