for those who wonder how to get the correct girl, go check the pub and ask around bunch of NPC that will give you hint on how to get those girls such as what personality you need her to be and how much parameter you need. btw there's hidden parameter which is "Ego" that can be increase with special gift
if you still too lazy to figure it out, there's a certain guide book inside the game that will arrive to you later in the game if you play long enough, you can open it to check the specific requirements you must fulfill to get correct sub-heroine. said book can be read in the "nurturement" room but only if you get the book, there's 3 in total.
if you're too damn lazy to wait for that book to arrive,
this game don't have "unlock all" button for gallery, you need to collect each one of them by yourself unfortunately, at least by clicking on the one you don't unlock will give you clear hint on how to get it. but i do saw full save somewhere online

You have to pat her head on 1st-3rd day 15+ times and touch her chest on 4th-5th day 5+ times and have the required stats and personality

craft Engagement Ring, end game will have 2 5-star dungeon opened, the Volcano will have key item to let you create said ring, then frost mountain will have diamond 100% drop at the end of expedition so do it 3 times, then gather the remaining material which can be bought or craft easily.
after the ring is crafted, choose who to gift, Aria or Hotaru
no, you cannot pick other girls, only the 2 main heroine
no, you can only give it to them when they stay at their quarter which only happen once a week so keep going with your day until they did
no, you cannot pick both at same time, however you can pick one, then craft another ring to pick the other later because the game will still continue after you get the ending, as if the ending itself doesn't have any story significance whatsoever

the donation is just giving you random chance on getting cow girl after expedition, ready to nurture, the more you donate, the more chance cow girl may drop, especially one that can go for 5 turn instead of 3
