Sorry, but I don't remember all of them. I know that it depends on personality (the first one) and what you focus on (strength or intelligence) I think.

I haven't tested anything, but for the red haired cow girl for example, I believe you need a bright personality (first options in dialogue) and high strength.
I think there's one for quiet personality, low (maybe negative) strength and high intelligence, and I think I got one with a bright personality and high intelligence? It seems a bit random sometimes but I think there are actual factors to getting the unique girls.
