Can someone recommend me a game that has these mechanics? Mechanics like suspecting FMC based on heartbeats and saving him?

Well, NTR Survival Z was somewhat close with that. The suspecting bit, but no real saving.

Actually you can save her by going back quickly. Always keep your backpack stuffed so you can go back anytime.
In a sense, that game is really similar to this. I like both of them for this type of mechanic.
why not just beat the game quickly? once you reach the Park stage, there is an area that you can repeatedly enter and exit to pick up high value item. so you can quickly stuff the backpack and in a few days reach the 30,000 credits needed to end the game.

Because unfortunately, the NTR doesn't go fast enough to catch up with how fast you can earn money, so you kinda have to go out of your way to get NTRed. It's an unfortunate fact in both this game and that game that it takes forever for NTR to happen and it's not super organic.
i do agree the game should allow you to expedite the NTR element. i still think some degree of randomness keeps the suspense and fun. but it would be wonderful if u can intentionally trash the FMC. haha.

i don't get why People think H Games need to be this complicated... do you understand i am playing with one Hand? If i want Gameplay and Story i don't resort to a H Game... I stopped playing way to much of those ambitious Games and just downloaded the Gallery. Black Souls is a rare exception, i would play that without any sex in it.

Because plenty of people want more than just a simple gallery from an H-game and instead want an actual game. There's plenty of VNs you know? No gameplay whatsoever. Just click, read, watch and use your preferred hand for the obvious thing. However people want more.
They want more because adding complexity to the gameplay integrates with the fetish in various ways. In the specific case of this game, it's all about the struggle and the mystery. On a 1st playthrough, you're not supposed to know exactly what's happening, and playing it straight as the BF, you're meant to struggle to protect Kana. That adds to the experience and thus adds to the fun.
This game sold 45k copies on dlsite alone. Who knows how many on Steam and I have no idea if it also got sold on DMM or some other platform. Plenty of simpler games with easier to get scenes don't get anywhere near this number of sales.
So yeah, just because you don't get it doesn't mean that most people don't get it. Quite a lot of us play H-games because we want more than just galleries. There's like, TONS of CG sets with stories, comics, mangas, VNs and so on out there. There's no need to play H-games specifically to fap/schlick/whatever.

After a few weeks of hellish work, I had the time to read your kind answer and to try playing the game again. Thank you so much, it worked like a charm! I managed to beat the game, and to unlock several endings!
Only one I have issues with is the true ending, go figure, because even if I do everythink correctly, chasing the ghost, unlocking the affection event with the girl, finding and exploring the room, etc. etc. etc., it seems I always go to the standard ending.

Aside from each of the locations (Church, Hospital, Abandoned Home) having 2 "chase" events with the ghost girl, when enter the Abandoned Family Manor, there's one or two things you have to discover there that also contribute to the true ending.
In town there's NPCs who tell you more about the backstory, some of which need to be unlocked by doing the nighttime exorcisms and raising population to get new facilities. You need to talk to a certain amount of these NPCs, iirc.
This. Heck yeah. I didn't like how it was clear that the manager was just going to make her into a whore, I mean, really putting in all that work (MONTHS of work if you don't cheat cause the game is hella hard) and then sharing your spoils? UGh. But I really liked the playstyle, the slow corruption, the buildup, suspense and everything. I think I'd prefer to play from the Lawerence's perspective maybe have him plant monsters, sneakily help them wound the girl and then need to fight them off , as well as plant others to occupy the love interest so you can get with the girl. That would be hot.
Read elsewhere that we could use Mtool to make certain a NTR scene happened via a switch? How does that work exactly? I would have thought there were at least two variables: the girl being injured and Lawerence's frustrations.

You know, I think everyone forgets that Lawrence is a playboy first and foremost. His archetype isn't the type to build meaningful relationships, no matter how long it was, and that is exactly what happened with Kana. He's fine with sharing his spoils because to him, she's just another warm hole that took a little bit more effort in between fucking that blonde chick and going back to the big city.

Yeah, that's really part of what's meant to make things horrible.
Lawrence doesn't actually care about Kana in the romantic sense. She's a challenge that he picks up. He works her over, he ruins her and when he gets bored of her, he throws her away after making some money off of her.
It's intended to be a terrible choice on Kana's part. Throwing away a stable, loving relationship over pure physical pleasure from someone who even she knows doesn't love her or care for her... but she just can't stop her urges. The NTR ending intentionally emphasizes the fact that it's not specifically attraction to Lawrence that ruined Kana, but addiction to pleasure. Pure nymphomania. Which is more classic NTR stuff than some of the more lighter, somewhat romance focused works that exist here and there.

Anyone happen to have the updated version of the first ASMR work (RJ01079813)? Was updated August 2023 with fixed subs/lrc files. Mainly just looking for the actual EN subs themselves, since the first released version had really broken ones.
