Game's pretty basic, not much to think about, but a bit poorly designed for the start of the game.
You have basic weapon attacks, that's fine. You get more attacks as you defeat enemies though, just like in things like "slay the spire" - the more cards you have the less chance each card will spawn during combat. Unfortunately some of those abilities strictly only affect your companion, and at the start of the game, your companion is disabled basically throughout the floor as soon as she gets hit with status. This renders those abilities useless and if you don't have an attack card you're just wasting turns and there's nothing you can do about it. It doesn't take long until you can start fixing her status mid-combat, but until then it's pretty meh from a gameplay standpoint.
Then there are "special abilities" which only deal damage if the enemy's hp can be divided by the number on the card.
Well that's fine and dandy but the coding doesn't seem to be right for it, because using a special with a 4 on it against an enemy with 4 hp doesn't do anything. It seems it wants the enemy health to be divisible by the card number UNLESS the result would be 1. At least that's my guess, I haven't been able to both get one of those cards /and/ use it on an npc with enough HP that the result wouldn't be 1.
Basically this means at the start of the game you have 66% chance to get items that only make the game /worse/ for you, and at midgame you start having only a 33% chance to get items that only make the game worse for you. (The special abilities literally do nothing if the condition of "is it divisible" is not met, meaning again, you waste a turn)
I could see it being more fun with more ability types and abilities that rather than /only/ affecting the ally or /only/ dealing damage if the condition is met, would also deal some small damage as a fallback.
As it is the only good abilities in the start of the game are the swords, and honestly in midgame too since the ally's abilities are random so you can give her an 8 power when she's using a shield ability on you, preventing 8 damage for a turn from enemies that deal 1 damage per attack.
Only judging the gameplay. The premise and setting are overdone to the point of exhaustion, nothing original by now. Not to say it's bad - it's good, just can't say much about it, it's stock standard.
I don't predict many would be willing to go through the slog of playing the game. Might want to add a gallery if there isn't one yet. I haven't finished the game yet so i dont know if a gallery opens after that.
P.S. the title is a misnomer, Nao is not in heat, and none of the status effects (at least up to floor 5 where im at right now) make her act sexual or anything of the sort. They paralyze her, they put her to sleep, or they inflict confusion on her. You cure her by making her orgasm. That's nowhere near what the title implies. Again, not shitting on it, just - not accurate in the least.
EDIT: There are a few more status effects, but still not quite fitting of the "in heat" theme, and I was able to trigger the special ability cards later on, I suppose the one time was a glitch.
