There seems to be issues,
The quest log says i need to bring angelina to see the doctor, but there is no option to do so.
And the restaurant lady is stuck in a loop during the oven scene. I complete that scene and then go back and it's that same scene over again

To convince Angelina to see Rebecca, we have to send Angelina a text message on the phone, and there is another option.

I had to choose all the options in that scene to finish the Lisa (restaurant lady) scenes, if I remember her name correctly.

I really enjoyed the first part (the prologue), but the game took a turn for the worse, IMO, once it became a sandbox game. It killed the nice rhythm it had going. I also felt that the writing was not as solid as it was early on.

I like the characters and there are some really nice renders in the game. I only hope the story picks up steam again.

even worst i come to the comments to see what people think about it and its the holy grail of bad sandbox gameplay the good old "how do i get this" and the "what do i need, to do this other thing" ugh

Ya, seriously agree, loved the other games by the same Dev. I thought I could do a little bit of the Sandbox and get the story but wow, nope, can't do it. After a few hours of this clicking and repeat and clicking and still the same thing, sorry, not for me.

Playing this game I can honestly say you got yourself a HIT!!!
Fun choices, good banter and you get "The Boys" like dialogue perfectly.

Saw my post got quite a few likes so people share the view of the game has potential but it is wasted on the grindfest. So here are my thoughts on sandbox games in general.

I'll be honest I dont fancy the sandbox tag ever really but I play some games in spite of it if the premise/tags and or renders make me interested.
And some sandbox games end up just being choose which story you wanna progress next and that I dont mind that much, I will fully admit is just a preference if you like that kind of sandbox so if people are into it fair enough.

But this game has repetitive stat farming and money farming. Making you navigate the map over and over just to ctrl through the same dialogue over and over untill you can get your next actual scene.
And to top it of you are just suddenly dumped into the sandbox with no warning or lead up into it. Its just here have a list of things you need to grind to get the next scene with x character like bleh.

Edit: Just realised this is the same dev that did mech academy, that game started out promising but turned into a mess so hmm make of that what you will.
Atleast I can say kudos to the dev for trying different things if nothing else.

Also, I need that "french mime" as a future mutant attack/distraction power. I loved that costume changing scene.
