If you're using Windows, the antivirus is based on machine learning and is extremely trigger happy. Shouldn't be an issue as far as I know, and if you are truly uncomfortable you can always throw it through virustotal, or run it in a VM. Not sure if it would work in Sandboxie which might be something to look at.Whatsup with this now getting detected by multiple virus. Wasnt like this on older version
Not sure if this is the one or not, but have you tried changing the folder path to remove the japanese characters? There was one game I recently got that the tildes were the culprits.Im trying to use MTool on this game:You must be registered to see the links
But for some reason its just forever stuck on starting the game part with the game not opening at all or just showing a blank game window.
Alredi tried it with renaming the folder name to the dlsite id number but no dice. All i can think of is that because the whole game is packed into a single .exe spare the saves makes it too complicated for the tool to run the game properly. Not sure if this is the one or not, but have you tried changing the folder path to remove the japanese characters? okay, yeah, had to check my torrents again..this was one of the games I tried to get that would never open, tool or not. It would create a tmp file in task manager as well as the exe, but nothing ever ran so I just deleted the game after that.Alredi tried it with renaming the folder name to the dlsite id number but no dice. A very basic tutorial on how to do it can be found in MTool. Under the 'Mods' tab. 'Open Collection Editor'. Then a new window pops up: there 'How to use'. Though this is for consistently effed up translated words and some such, not for going through the whole script or whatevs. But maybe it can help a little. Is there any way to make manual edits to the automatically translated data Mtool generates?
For just playing through a game, the automatic translation is fine, but I'd like to be able to proofread and edit the results.
Either way, big fan of the tool, been a supporter for a while now; keep up the good work!
