I went to his Patron to back him and it's on hiatus 
. That seriously sucks, the guy was picking up real momentum what a kick in the bollocks to have to stop now of all times.
Ensuring he's on top of things and can provide for his kids and support his gf/wife should rightfully be the priority. Hopefully he can come back to the project and regain the momentum and support, he's done good work on this. With how he's handled it by pausing payments and opening what's there up I think he will draw the support back. Whether he's able to come back to this down the road or not I wish him the best and thanks for creating one of the finest bootys in an AVN.
He's stopped at literally the worse time imaginable if he wants money, he's also paused taking money, is communicating and has opened the Patron renders to free members. None of that is typical scammer or milker where it's all short termism and money for little or nothing. When someone handles things the right way and you shit on them, there's not much point in anyone handling things right if they're going to be labelled a scammer anyway because of shit other people did. Especially when you can just watch and wait how things shake out instead.

It's important to remember that while milkers, scammers and general fuckheads have poisoned the well. Real life shit does happen that shuts development down or halts it. I've known more than one indie dev that just outright had to find new lines of work due to personal shit making it unsustainable to keep doing it. Indie dev is quicksand, doesn't take much and you're fucked.

[Announcement] Hiatus & Future

Dear supporters!
First, I want to say a huge thank you for being part of this journey. Your support over the past 4 months has meant the world to me, and it’s allowed me to grow and create in ways I never imagined.
In the interest of being transparent:
I met with our landlord today because we were supposed to extend the rent contract... but he told me he's selling the house instead - prematurely - has a buyer.
We originally had an agreement that he'd wait and that we'd be buying the house after we rented for a couple of years because we were saving up for the down payment. Our contract runs out end of year, so we're scrambling now, we got to move. I blasted him for not telling me sooner, but I can't do much else.
I've got a shituation on my hands.
We need to find a new place, and move.
We've got a trip planned and paid for, in January.
The 2nd baby is coming in April.
Once we do find a new place and settle down, my ability to deliver updates in a timely manner and deliver them in full quality/quantity will be greatly diminished for a while until things settle down with the new baby incoming.
With that in mind, I'm forced to take a break from working on the game for this period, and delist all of my tiers.
I want to be fair and I don't want to leech money during this time.
Insanely bad that this happened now, when this train is steaming, we've been having great community growth, I'm making okay money out of this.
With the growth trend, I was an update or two away from being able to comfortably do this for a living... this will be a major setback.
But life is about overcoming setbacks so I'll be coming back once I manage to get real life under control.
Here’s what you can expect in the next couple of months:
I’m so grateful for each of you! When I come back, it'll be for good, and I'll be coming with a finished update.
- I've closed all supporter Tiers.
- Content will be made Free until I return.
- I'll release an XMAS render set as a thank you.
- When I stop the break, I'll be releasing an update (so no paying before update is out)
- I'll be posting renders weekly until then for free members.
- I’ll use this hiatus time to plan even better content for when I return. (I won't be able to work on the PC as much, but I can write at least)

And I hate being forced to. At least give us the choice, which thankfully BananaCreamGames does. Which is why he is awesome and we need him to come back asap and continue this amazing game.

Yep I have no idea how anything works, which is why I bought my first house at 26 and my 2nd house 10 year later.....lol

There are no tiers though, so he clearly deactivated them.
