What else are you expecting to see? My very first comment was pointing out that this isn't NTR and it's strange to be calling it as such. Just because people view NTR as other things doesn't mean anything. Why are you hung up on the correct meaning of the term? Think of it like this: Lauren is first and foremost a mother and nothing can change that.
If I said I viewed "incest" to actually not mean incestuous relations between family, and said that I view it more as strangers roleplaying as step-siblings not even sexually, others would understandably go, "What is your damage?"
Long and short of it is, NTR is a specific thing, calling something as such when it isn't is obviously going to aggravate someone at somepoint. And that's me, the guy I am, now, at this time. Truthfully just the question of asking why I am hung up on the correct use of a tag has thrown me for a loop and if that was the goal, you're a master
