Go to the discipline room at midnight and call her into the room.
Be careful to click the book, and not Annabelle herself. I wasted about a week figuring that out.
Hi, I'm having a problem, it could be a bug. I'm following the walkthrough, and it says "Victoria’s hint (sunbathing in the afternoon): Go to the pool at 14:00 and talk to her"
the problem is that I can only decide to give her the drink or refuse, but I can't talk to her. Without this step I can't spy on her in her room and then talk to her in the morning while she's boxing. At the moment lust is at 5 and love is at 10. I appreciate any help

Then I'm sorry but I am unable to help you due to the cheat mod. You would have to start a new game without the cheat mod as your save is bugged.
The cheat mod has broken your save. You are going to need to start over without it.

According to your save, you are at the wrong location at the wrong time. Madeline takes her baths in her room at 22:00.

No, I did that and it worked just fine. It seems like you might have some other mod or something going on here as well.
Perhaps you did not fully uninstall it. I would suggest moving your save folder, deleting the game, and reextracting it, before moving your saves back there and trying again.
