There is a bug, you need to complete the mission with the renovation of the mansion from which you took the statue. After completing this mission, I save and exit the game, i'm back and load game the bag was on the beach next to the deck chairs.

The game doesn't have a Gallery mode. So to replay any scene, you need to talk to the girls scatter around the city and select the scene.
