1. The pole is in the garage. You'll need to use the ladder on the cabinets to get up above them.
2. The Pole bases are on the roof. When you enter the roof, turn right, move forward. The first base is on the pillar right in front of you. Use the Screwdriver on it.
3. The 2nd based in in the same area. Move forward, turn around, move forward. It should be on the wall to the right. Again, use the Screwdriver to remove it from the wall.
4. When you have the Pole and the 2 bases, select the bases in your inventory and use them on the pole.
5. Go to Amber/Jasmin's room on the 3rd floor, turn left. There will be a hotspot on the floor, use the assembled pole on it.
6. Use the screwdriver on the pole to secure it to the floor (and ceiling).

Devon gives you the key to her bedroom so you can take a shower in her bathroom. During that quest, before you can leave the bathroom, you need to make an impression of the key into the soap from her bathroom changing room. You won't have the key now, but you should have the soap with the key impression.

Okay I'm lost. Cleaned the light stuff up but can't disassemble anything to build the dolly. And if i use the mini skip then i can't enter the other rooms.
You need to use the tools in your inventory, the hammer on the shelves & the screwdriver on the lawn mower.
You can leave the basement using the hot spot at the bottom of the screen.
Above the door. Go to the front porch and move the cursor just above the door.

Have no idea how to access my inventory though. I can access it but no idea how to use the tools.
You should be able to just click on them, the icon will change to the inventory item. Then click on the think you want to use it on.
