Either remove body overlay or reset body maintex in material editor and save/load the card. Potentially, it can be face overlay or maintex.View attachment 4631396
face and body have different textures, how can I fix it?
Shows the difference only when you turn on vanilla shader mode 2, but then other cards don't look good with this shaderEither remove body overlay or reset body maintex in material editor and save/load the card. Potentially, it can be face overlay or maintex.
Maybe it uses different materials for the face and body? Can you attach the card or give the link to it?Shows the difference only when you turn on vanilla shader mode 2, but then other cards don't look good with this shader
Isnt card sharing forbidden?Maybe it uses different materials for the face and body? Can you attach the card or give the link to it?

Yesterday installed hfpatch 1.22 . Now most of the faces look strange, but in general to play became better, except that chara maker crashes if you go into it two times in a row and by default all the cards have a mouth open, even though the slider is turned off, well, with shaders some kind of bugMaybe it uses different materials for the face and body? The opened mouth in maker is most likely caused by sex faces plugin.Yesterday installed hfpatch 1.22 . In Material Editor for body, you can export the whole current skin overlay. Then paint whatever and wherever you want on it (it's just a picture). And then re-import it back in.Alright, so I am either too dumb or too lazy to use the skin overlay function. Is there really no mod or config file I can access to increase the number of body paint options? Just gauging how much more time I should spend searching for something that doesn't seem like exists. I just wanted to add a few more than the two tattoos to some of the girls. I thought I would ask here since some of you have be playing this for years and are pros. Thanks in advance!
For the first question put it inside Koikarsu Sunshine game folder. not sure about second one. There is no installation mod, I just have to put it somewhere. Where should I put the Optional Sideloader Modpack? And how can I change a male character to a female?

You can just paste an image on top of the other image - tattoo on top of a skin overlay, in this case. And do it however times you want, in any position that you want, and add any effects that you want.Yeah, I've watched a few tutorials on messing with the skin overlays and material editor. I spent a few hours and couldn't get it to look or work right. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "paint" on it. I'm talking about adding tattoos. My artistry skills are not nearly that good. To give you an idea of what I mean, I attached an image. There is the "body paint" menu where you simply select the location on the body, then select the tattoo you want, and adjust the color. It's simple enough for a dummy like me to understand. I figured with all the mods that were included in this repack download, there might be more mods out there that can add more options to the "body paint" menu that is dumbed down enough for someone like me to use. I couldn't find one like that on my own. So, I figured I would ask you fine folks who probably know more about it than I do.
There are a few ways to do that. One is to make your own with the template and the other is to set several different tattoos and "cut out" the other section of an exported MainTex to one with both. I cant show every step with screenshots but I have a few quick examples I did with paint.net, but the prosses is the same with any image editor I'd assume. As far as I know there is no mod for it but I could be wrong.Yeah, I've watched a few tutorials on messing with the skin overlays and material editor. The first one is to get the overlay template from the option at the top of the general tab. That will export a wire mech png that you "draw" on top of. Then you just de-select the wire mesh layer and save the others as a png that you then add to the overlay as you would any other.

As for the MainTex, you can use both paint slots however you like and then in material editor you can export the MainTex, the clear the paint slots and use whatever you like again and export that one. Then in your image editor you cut out the section of the top layer where the other paints are to make a MainTex with both. Then import the new one. The MainTex will have an asterisk to show it has changed then save the character as a new card. It's a lot more involved.
