ParaArk 1 and 2 are essentially solely bug content, with 2 introducing human-bug hybrids once you get impregnated by them.

Seems like Monster Park 2 got a translation (GPT-4o). It has some scenes with bugs

So far I haven't found any new games with insect content, but there's an insect artist named Draenor/Draenorkiller/DevilDraenor wants to make an insect-themed game
