The only thing i can think of is issues with your device. Does it work on other android devices? You can also try to disable shaders

It's definitely the device. I can usually find a work around to get things to work on this shit box. But this has kinda eluded me over a few years. It's only Unity too, it might just be too shitty a device but, who knows, maybe I'll find a work around at some point.

All I remember about it is android just not working and the dev wanted to move on from the game more than fixing for one platform. Even the new game he's working on now doesn't have a android build that works most of the time

During normal hero invasions, press both the button Q and P in your keyboard to "skip" the battle, it will count as a victory.
THAT DOES NOT WORK WITH THE SQUID MAID THOUGH, Tukada has set that cheat to fail and even trolls you if you do that

What do you mean "trolls you"? When I try it, i just get sent to the same boss.

Combat is dumb, enemy has 2 op aoes and don't even need to recharge and they keep reviving while you need to keep recharging everytime, and sometimes hits don't even land while enemy keep spaming special.

Yes, I can get past the first level the bombs are overpowered it was normal give it at least 4 timer and when using her sp move she should be allowed throw another bomb.

Rush covering the spawn instead of going for the kill. You can use your ult in the first 4 rounds, and cover it before defeat.

It’s been a while since I’ve played, but what I’ve found is that monogamy leads to ridiculously strong characters..
In my one and only run, I was loyal to the first girl the entire time, and she ended up doing so much damage per hit that she ONE HIT squid maid before she even transformed, then covered the entire spawn immediately. Tried again, and one hit the mech itself. She was doing enough damage to one hit every character which just led to the game, at a certain point, becoming *too* easy

It's the only choice. I can select "I don't want explanation" earlier, but that skips the whole prologue. It's my first time playing, so I don't want to.

Try 1: opening and closing the game, 2: uninstalling and redownloading the game, 3: download it from a different source(a different link), if there's more information about the softlock you can provide please do

That option is bugged to do that in the latest release, it doesn't happen in the earlier versions and since Nintendo forced this game development to be halted. It sadly won't ever be fixed.
